Christine Cole DDS, MHS
Dr. Cole completed her undergraduate degree in Geology at the University of Michigan. Prior to attending dental school, she trained as a neuromuscular massage therapist. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Omnicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. Following dental school, Dr. Cole received her Masters of Health and Science in Periodontology at the Medical University of South Carolina where she was also Chief Resident. She is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. As an expert in the field of Surgically Facilitated Orthodontic Therapy (SFOT), she is the most experienced SFOT surgeon in the region.
Suzanne Delima DDS, MS
Dr. Delima was born in Monterey, California and raised in California and Indiana. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Denison University before working in medical and dental research, which led her to pursue dentistry for its blend of science, art, and patient care.She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University, receiving the Research Award for her graduating class, and completed her Master of Science and Certificate in Periodontics there as well. Dr. Delima taught dental students, conducted research in soft tissue grafting and oral bacteria, and has co-authored two professional papers. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Metro Denver Dental Society, and the American Academy of Periodontology, and has provided donated dental care in Glenwood Springs and Thornton.
Dr. Delima is dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care, using her research background to help patients maintain healthy gums and overall oral health. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, camping, reading, and trying new recipes.
Shannan Johnson, DMD, MS
Born and raised in Minnesota, Dr. Johnson traveled to Boston University for dental school where she met her husband, Derrik (a native Coloradan!). Following graduation, she spent the next 13 years serving as a dentist in the Air Force. While on active duty, Dr. Johnson continued her dental training and skill development by completing both Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) and Periodontics residency programs. She also served as a periodontics faculty member for general dentistry residency programs at multiple Air Force bases.
While Dr. Johnson enjoyed serving military members and families in Virginia, Texas, Arizona, and Nebraska, she and her husband always planned to settle in Colorado. They love spending time with their three beautiful children and building relationships in our community. She also enjoys running, hiking, crafting, reading, cooking, skiing, traveling, and being with friends.
